  • Self-Driving

    Take National Highway 1 (Zhongshan Highway) and exit at Taichung Interchange. Head towards Taichung/Taiwan Boulevard Section 3/Route 12. Turn right onto Taiwan Boulevard Section 2, then turn right onto Wuquan Road. Pass by National Taichung University of Education, and 1LI7E Hotel will be on your right.

    Please note that only certain room types offer free on-site parking. If you plan to arrive by car, kindly contact us before booking to confirm parking availability.
  • High-Speed Rail (HSR) / Train

    For HSR passengers: 
    Walk approximately 5 minutes within the HSR station to transfer to Taiwan Railways (TRA) train. Get off at "Taichung Station" of TRA.
    For services around HSR station, refer to the HSR Transfer Service Overview.

    From TRA "Taichung Station" :
    ❒ Exit the station and walk about 5 minutes towards Taiwan Boulevard Section 1 (First Square Bus Stop). Take bus route 30 and get off at "Wuquan Zili Street Intersection" bus stop. Walk about 2 minutes to reach the hotel.
    ❒ Exit the station and walk about 5 minutes towards Taichung Station (Minzu Road Intersection). Take bus route 290 and get off at "National Taichung University of Education" bus stop. Walk about 8 minutes to reach the hotel.
  • Taichung City Buses

    Nearby bus stops include "Wuquan Zili Street Intersection," "Wuquan Minsheng Road Intersection," and slightly farther "Dadun Cultural Center (Wuquan Road)" and "National Taichung University of Education."

    Q. 是否允許攜帶寵物入住?

    是的,我們為寵物友善的旅館。

    為確保館內環境與旅客舒適的入住體驗,本館僅有2種房型,開放攜帶寵物入住:
    ①「後院生活房」雙人房 (可提供加床,加床後最多入住人數3位)
    ②「單層公寓」6人房 (可提供加床,加床後最多入住人數8位)

    由於寵物入住房型「每日各限量1間」,僅開放直接向我們訂購
    原則上每房限攜帶一隻寵物,寵物備品數量有限,請預先告知寵物類型、數量,以免向隅。

    寵物入住期間
    -請在公共區域使用牽繩或推車
    -不單獨留置寵物於房內
    -禁止寵物上床及沙發
    -請勿於室內便溺

    入住時除了房費,將收取3000元的現金做為押金,退房後若確認房內無物品設施損害、以及嚴重髒污,即退還押金給您;
    若房內設施有損壞,押金將不退還,並將依相關價格索取賠償費用。

    Q. Can you introduce the different room types and any ongoing promotions?

    We offer various room types, including double rooms, quadruple rooms, and suites with three rooms and two halls. Additionally, we have occasional promotions, so please follow our Facebook or Instagram pages to stay updated on any special offers.


    Q. Is there a birthday discount available?

    Currently, we don't have a specific birthday discount. However, if you inform us about the birthday when making the reservation, we may offer a surprise discount based on room availability.


    Q. Which booking method offers the best deal, direct booking, or using online platforms?

    We recommend direct booking with us to enjoy the best prices and special offers. However, we understand that some online platforms may have specific promotions. You can compare the options and choose the one that suits your needs best.


  • Cancellation and Modification

    Q. How can I cancel a reservation with special requirements?

    If you booked through an online platform, please check if your reservation is refundable or non-refundable. For "refundable" reservations, you can cancel free of charge up to 2 days before check-in. If it's a "non-refundable" reservation, you can cancel free of charge only on the day of booking. In certain situations like rescheduling due to special circumstances, please contact us, and we will provide further assistance.


    Q. Can I use my unified business number for payment?

    Absolutely! Please inform the front desk during check-in if you need your unified business number displayed on the invoice.


    Q. Are you interested in signing contracts or collaborating with us?

  • Payment and Facilities

    Q. What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept credit cards and cash. For cash payments, please settle them at the front desk during check-in.


    Q. Do you provide parking spaces?

    As parking spaces are limited, some room types include free parking in our indoor mechanical parking lot or nearby designated areas. For standard double rooms and comfortable double rooms, parking is not included and will be arranged based on availability. For guests requiring parking, we recommend booking the "Backyard Life Room (Deluxe Double Room)" or "Plush Suite (Superior King Room)," both of which include parking spaces.


    Q. Can an RV park in the mechanical parking lot?

    The mechanical parking lot has a height limit of 1.8 meters, length limit of 4.8 meters, and width limit of 2 meters, with a maximum load capacity of 2000 kilograms. Most RVs should fit within these dimensions. If your vehicle is larger or an electric car, please inform us when making a reservation, and we will make special arrangements for you.


    Q. What baby amenities do you provide?

    We offer baby cots, baby bathtubs, sterilizers, bed guards, and other baby amenities. Please let us know your needs in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.


    Q. Do the rooms have balconies?

    All our room types have floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony. When using the room facilities and balcony space, please pay special attention to your safety and that of your children.


    Q. Can I bring my pet?

    Yes, we are a pet-friendly hotel. However, only the "Backyard Life Room" and "Single-Level Apartment" room types allow pets to stay. Each room can accommodate one pet, and we have limited pet amenities. Please inform us in advance about the pet type and quantity to make the necessary arrangements.During the stay, please keep your pet on a leash in the public areas and not leave them alone in the room. Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas, and please refrain from having them relieve themselves indoors. Upon check-in, a cash deposit of NT$3000 will be collected. This deposit will be refunded after check-out if there are no damages or severe stains in the room. Otherwise, the deposit will not be returned, and relevant compensation fees will be charged.


  • Other Inquiries

    Q. How do I request a quiet room or a higher floor?

    If you have specific preferences for a quiet room or higher floor, please inform us in advance during the booking process. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on room availability. It's worth noting that some of our room types (Standard Double Room/Comfortable Double Room/Plush Suite/Family Four-person Room) are adjacent to Wujia Road, where there may be some vehicle noise. For guests sensitive to noise, we recommend considering our "Backyard Life Room (Deluxe Double Room - Bathtub)," which is located on the side facing Meichuan Housing, with less traffic, making it a quieter option.


    Q. Can I have a late check-out?

    A: Our check-out time is 11:00 am. If you wish to check-out later, we offer a grace period until 1:00 pm for an additional fee of NT$200 per hour. For the Single-Level Apartment, the late check-out fee is NT$600 per hour, with the latest check-out time being 1:00 pm.


    Q. Can I check-in earlier than the standard time?

    To ensure room quality, our earliest check-in time is 3:00 pm. If you arrive early, we provide complimentary luggage storage service at the front desk.


    Q. Do you provide extra beds or allow additional guests?

    Due to space constraints, only the "Backyard Life Room," "Family Four-person Room," and "Single-Level Apartment" allow extra beds. The additional bed fee is NT$450 per bed, inclusive of amenities, cleaning, and service fees. Each room can accommodate one extra bed, and the Single-Level Apartment can accommodate a maximum of two extra beds. For additional guests, a service fee of NT$150 per person (7 years and above) will apply. If you have such requirements, please inform us during the booking process, and we will make appropriate arrangements.


    Q. Do you offer a resting service?

    We apologize, but we only provide accommodation services. Guests can make use of the common areas for rest and relaxation before check-in and after check-out.


    Q. Do you offer breakfast service?

    Yes, we provide breakfast service. You can choose to include breakfast in your room reservation or add it during check-in. We are currently collaborating with local restaurants for take-out breakfast, which can be delivered to your room at 8:30 am or 9:30 am on the following day.


    Q. What other amenities do you provide?

    We provide basic bath amenities, such as towels, shampoo, and body wash. In the rooms, you will find eco-friendly toiletry bags, which we encourage guests to take home and reuse. If you choose not to use the disposable amenities, you can exchange the complete toiletry bag for a discount voucher at the front desk. As part of our commitment to environmental protection, we do not provide bottled water in the rooms, but we have water dispensers available on each floor.


    Q. Can you arrange for event decorations?

    We regret to inform you that we currently do not offer decoration services. If you have other assistance requirements, please feel free to contact us.


    Q. Do you provide venue rental services?

    Yes, we do provide venue rental services. If you are interested in visiting or renting a specific venue, please contact the front desk, and we will have someone dedicated to assist you.


    Q. Can I use two beds in a double room?

    In our room types, only the quadruple rooms come with two large beds. For all other double rooms, the bed type is a standard double bed.
