❒ The check-in time at the front desk is from 15:00 to 22:00. The check-out time is before 11:00 in the morning, overtime will be charged NT$600 per hour.
❒ The front desk service time is 08:00-22:00, If you require a late check-in, please contact the front desk in advance. After the front desk service time, please dial the local number +886 42226-1717 to contact our staff.
❒ If your booking includes a breakfast package, you can choose the delivered time which is at 8:30 or 9:30 the next day.
❒ In view of environmental protection, we do not provide bottled water, and there are water dispensers on each floor.
❒ We offer self-service laundry facilities for guests, with washing machines and dryers available on the 5th floor.
❒ Extra bed service: It depends on the room type. Extra bed will be charged $NT450. The fee includes the one person toiletries and it does not include breakfast.
Additional person fee: Free for children aged 0-6; over 7 years old (inclusive) is charged $NT150 per person, the fee includes the one person toiletries and it does not include breakfast.
❒ Please take personal valuables and property with you and keep them properly. The hotel will not take responsibility for any loss or damage.
❒ Please do not destroy or take privately the facilities and equipment in the hotel, the bedding, furniture, equipment and other items. In case of the damage, we will charge you a compensation fee.
❒ In order to provide a comfortable and beautiful hotel environment, please pay attention to the safety of you and your children when using the room facilities and balcony space.
❒ Only specific room types are pet-friendly. If you have this requirement, please contact us before making a reservation.
